PAUL STANLEY (1978)

The young woman hid in the dark, sad at having to listen to Gene's solo album...

Funny how the lead singer of Kiss would make a solo album that sounds the most like a Kiss album. Well, it still doesn't sound entirely like a Kiss album, but it sure as hell sounds more like one than Gene's did. Move On is an interesting tale of how Paul's mother explained to him he should be a slut all his life. Sounds legit. In fact, giving women his sweet loving is the common theme of this album and mostly in very rocking form. Except for Hold Me, Touch Me - that's like the cheesiest cheese burger with extra cheese that even Cheese Man would have trouble stomaching.

Highlights:
Move On, It's All Right, Goodbye

Lowlights:
Hold Me, Touch Me

Verdict = 4 Smoking Les Paul Guitars
